HEALTHY COCONUT MINT CACAO PROTEIN BARS
1 Cup Medjool dates
1 Cup Almonds / Cashews
1 Scoop @trilogy_nutrition Vegan chocolate protein
2 Tbsp Cacao
2 Tsp Maca Powder
4 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut
¼ Cup Coconut oil
3-6 Drops Mint oil
Mix all ingredients in a food processor , spread into a prepared pan and refrigerate until hard.
TRILOGY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
1 scoop Trilogy WPI Vanilla
1 scoop Espresso greens powder
¾ Cup Coconut Milk
½ cup Frozen coconut cubes
¼ cup cashews
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp Maca powder
1tspb vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Mix all together in a blender and enjoy as a breakfast smoothie
Optional: Shot or two of coffee!
CHOCOLATE BERRY PROTEIN BROWNIES
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
