Healthy Pancakes Recipe

Some say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not have a little fun with these delicious healthy recipes? Starting with Chocolate Protein Pancakes via Coach Kat – you won’t believe they are actually healthy when you taste them!

Ingredients

Trilogy Nutrition Chocolate Protein Powder (Whey or Vegan) 40grm
2 x eggs
baking powder 1x tsp
blueberries 40grm
raspberries 35grm
almond milk 10mls
cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Calories only 336

Method
  1. Blend eggs, almond milk, cinnamon, protein powder and baking powder.
  2. Fold in blueberries and raspberries to the mixture before pouring into a pan to cook. Alternatively garnish with dark chocolate, blueberries and raspberries once pancakes are cooked!

100grms maple crunch cereal 
100grms blueberries 
10grms Trilogy Nutrition protein powder (Whey or Vegan)
